Hi, 

 

I’m Ida, mother of two beautiful boys, Norwegian, but moved to Montreal more than 10 years ago, have loved photo for as long as I can remember. I love observing what is going on around me and capturing moments of real life.

I specialize in family documentary photography.

 

Why Havella? It was my great grandfather's wish to name my grandmother Havella after the first bird he saw when he approached the land after long periods on the sea. My great grandmother refused, so they named her Ella instead. Now he got his wish after all, all though not for his child, but his great grand daughter's first business.
